• A deposit of 50% is required.
  

• Reservations are not confirmed until deposit is received.
  

• We accept cash, checks, Visa & MasterCard.
  

• Balance is due upon check-in.
  

• Personal checks are not accepted at check-in.
  

• Deposits will be refunded, less $20 cancellation fee,
  if notice is received 7 days prior to arrival.
  

• Rates & policies are subject to change without notice.
  

• Weekends & holidays are subject to a 2 night minimum.
  

• All rates subject to 12% New Jersey tax.
  

• No Elevators.
